ROGERSVILLE — We celebrated Grandparents Day today in first grade at Rogersville City School.
Our grandparents came and listened to students read on the front lawn.
They also answered some questions such as, What was my mom or dad like as a child?
What did you like about school?
In social studies, we learn about history and how traditions are passed down in families.
It was a fun morning for the children to spend some time with their grandparents reading, asking questions, and learning more about their own family.
There were a lot of stories, smiles, laughs, and hugs.comments powered by Disqus
