This is the fifth year that Hawkins County high school seniors have been appointed to serve as student representatives to the BOE in a program that was originally proposed by board member Debbie Shedden.

According to David Martin, director of facilities for Tusculum College, the crews are continuing to set steel and the walls are set to be poured this week. The water lines have been approved by the Greeneville Water Department.

King marks 16th year of record enrollment with more than 2,900 students

King's total student body now stands at 2,920 for fall 2015. This is the first time in the University's 148-year history enrollment surpassed 2,900 students, and follows King's two largest graduating classes during fall 2014 and spring 2015.
